Symbol

Below is a presentation of the various versions of signage for business buildings and branches with the NLB symbol. The used version depends on the possibilities allowed by the type of a building architecture.

Light banner with the NLB symbol

General description:

The light banner in indigo blue represents a strong visual lighting signage element for branches. Its length and intense colour draw attention to the branch bank and enhances its visibility from different angles. The symbol placed on the light banner above the entrance door highlights the entrance to the bank and is usually positioned at the level of the upper part of the entrance door. Optionally it can also be slightly higher if the situation at the site requires it.

Materials and technical description:
The indigo light banner is made of lacquered aluminium sheets in the colour RAL Design 290 20 35, with a border of white translucent acrylic. It is lighted with LED light strips from below. The height of the banner is prescribed at 45 cm.
The NLB symbol is placed on the indigo light banner. The symbol is made of white translucent acrylic with an additional layer of indigo acrylic within the sign (circle) to highlight the centre. The entire symbol is also lighted with LED strips placed into the letters and the symbol. Prescribed size: Height of the symbol: a circle of 50 cm; height of the letters: 25 cm.

Installation:
The precondition to install a light banner is the type of the architecture of the building.The architecture of the building must allow the installation of the light banner on the entire building façade or at least to its larger part. The length of the banner is defined individually based on the possibilities and the type of the building. The smallest permitted length of the banner is 200 cm.
The light banner is placed above the ground floor of the building. And the symbol itself is always placed on the light banner above the front door.
If the specifics of the building do not allow to place a light banner of the prescribed length or if a banner cannot be placed on the façade, the signage on the building is an individual NLB symbol as described in the next chapter.

NLB Symbol

General description:
The NLB symbol is the main element of signage for our business buildings and branch banks. It is used primarily on higher parts of the façade, and secondarily also to mark branches above the entrance door.
Depending on the façade colour, the symbol can appear in two colour variations:

On a light façade, an indigo blue sign (circle) with a grey NLB inscription.
On a dark façade, an indigo blue sign (circle) with a white NLB inscription.

Materials and technical description:
The sign (circle) is made of white translucent acrylic with LED light elements and covered with the defined indigo blue film. The NLB inscription is made of white translucent acrylic too.
To ensure that the NLB sign is visible on light surfaces, a layer of grey translucent acrylic is added to the white translucent acrylic where the façade is light and the NLB inscription is grey.
The entire symbol is lighted with LED strips placed in the letters and the sign itself. With the correct combination of prescribed materials, a colour nuance harmonised with the visual identity shines through the symbol.
To ensure visibility of the sign (circle) at night, the 140 cm symbol is outlined with white translucent acrylic.

Installation:
The NLB symbol is installed in two positions and two prescribed sizes:

Above the entrance door when the type of the building does not permit the installation of a light banner. The NLB symbol is made in the following sizes: height of the NLB symbol: 80 cm, depth of the symbol: 6 cm.
At the top of the building, to advertise the name of the member (e.g., NLB Lease&Go, NLB Komercijalna banka). The NLB symbol is made in the following sizes: height of the symbol: 140 cm, depth of the symbol: 18 cm.
As an exception, in the middle of the building if placement at the top or above the door is not possible. In this case, the NLB symbol is made in the following sizes: height of the NLB symbol: 80 cm, depth of the symbol: 6 cm.

Sign/Circle

General description:
Depending on the architectural disposition, business buildings of NLB Group members can be marked only with the sign (circle). The sign is used especially on higher business buildings (at least 5 storeys).

Materials and technical description:
The sign is made with an aluminium substructure holding white translucent acrylic covered with film in the defined indigo blue colour. Standard and recommended size: height of the sign: 140 cm. If the architecture of the building allows to use a larger sign, the sign can be proportionally enlarged.

Installation:
Primarily, the sign is positioned above the façade. If the technical and weather conditions (wind) do not allow a positioning above the façade, the sign can be placed on the upper edge of the façade.
