Revised chapters are:

The increasing mobility of users and the need for constant access to key services require constant availability of NLB as the bank of the client’s choice. The minimum range of services in the form of mobile applications functions as the extension of web applications and functions as a 24/7 service. Similar can be said about the users of internal mobile applications with which the efficiency is increased and the processes within the bank are modernized.

With these mobile application guidelines we would like to achieve a uniform user experience which would visually connect the NLB mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as “applications”) with websites and web applications and provide users with a uniform user experience regardless of different application types.

The main characteristic of these applications is the logical and clear presentation of information and functionalities which was given priority over the chromaticity of the used elements. The application dynamics should be achieved with the help of effects triggered by the user interaction and occasionally with subtly highlighted elements.

The application guidelines are based on the basic software manufacturers’ guidelines and specify the more important elements of the application. The guidelines are therefore a branded interpretation of the following guidelines for each platform:

The presented guidelines are designed for »native« applications and can also be applied for »hybrid« types of applications.

The application of guidelines should always consider two key principles: Provision of the user experience of NLB mobile applications which is similar to the user experience of other applications on the same platform and the goal to make NLB applications similar for all platforms.
