Emiliano Ponzi: exhibition of illustration

Emiliano Ponzi's bold textured illustrations employ repetition, a judicious use of line and strong graphic compositions to define and communicate the concept at hand. His illustrations have appeared in advertising, magazines, books, newspapers and animations. His clients include The New York Times, Le Monde, The New Yorker, The Boston Globe, Time, The Economist, Newsweek, United Airlines, Penguin books, Saatchi & Saatchi New York, Leo Burnett Iberia, and in Italy La Repubblica, Feltrinelli, Il Sole 24 Ore, Mondadori, Wired and the Triennale Design Museum.

Ponzi has received numerous honours including the coveted Young Guns Award from the New York's Art Directors Club, medals of honour from the Society of Illustrators New York, Los Angeles and 3×3 Magazine Pro show. Awards of excellence from Print, the How International Design Award, Communication Arts Illustration Annuals and American Illustration Annuals. The last award was the coveted Gold Cube from The Art Directors Club of New York, received in 2013. He is one of the most important illustrators of his generation.
