On this page we published the notices from the bank, sent for the users via NLB Proklik.


Urgent!

Do not leave your smart card or USB key on your computer! To make your e-banking safe and to prevent unauthorised persons from using your identification elements and doing harmful transactions on your behalf you are requested to comply with urgent security measures. When you stop using the e-bank, remove your Smart Card/USB with the qualified digital certificate from the PC and close the NLB Proklik. Your Smart Card/USB is your electronic personal ID.
Safe steps and precautions are specified in the Golden Rules for Safe Operations. We would also like to reiterate that NLB never sends the software, instructions or requests via the NLB Proklik to your e-mail address as you are directly addressed by the NLB Proklik.

Changes General Terms & Conditions for NLB business account as of 22 January 2019

We would like to inform you that the General Terms & Conditions for the NLB business account will be changed as of 22 January 2019.

The changes are made in:

  • Chapter 2 in 8 (updated Article 8.1. and added new Article 8.2.) – includes changes in regards to contactless operations with NLB BA Maestro business card;
  • Chapter 16 – changes in the sending of daily statements due to gradual transition to 24/7 availability. Daily statements will be sent, according to the way of sending statements, no later than the second working day after the change on business account was made;
  • Chapter 20 - which allows the bank to terminate the agreement without notice, in case the account holder did not provided the required information on business activity, purpose and expected nature of business relationship or other changes.

Change of the NLB Tariff as of 1st January 2019

We would like to inform you that the NLB Tariff will change as of 1st January 2019. The changes are:

  1. The threshold for the high monthly balances on business accounts and deposits, which shall take effect on the calculation of the high balance management fee, will be reduced from the current threshold EUR 300.000 on EUR 100.000. The new tariff lines that effect from the 1st January 2019 are:
  • The fee for management of high average monthly balances on the NLB Business Accounts – 0.03 % of the amount in excess of EUR 100.000 of the average monthly balance on NLB Business Account.
  • The fee for management of high average monthly balances of deposits - 0.03 % of the amount in excess of EUR 100.000 of the average monthly balance of deposits.

2. Fee for SMS-Alert upon a purchase with a card is increased up to EUR 1.10 per month per card.

The changes will be published in the Extracts from the NLB Tariff valid from 1st January 2019.

Change of the General Terms & Conditions for NLB business account as of 1st January 2019

We would like to inform you that the General Terms & Conditions for the NLB business account will change as of 1st January 2019. As of 1st January 2019 the opening of business accounts for private persons without a registration number is no longer part of the offer of the bank. Accordingly, we made change in article 4, point 4.2..

Short interruptions of all NLB Channels on Sunday 9 th December 2018

Please note that on Sunday 9th December 2018 from 0.15 and 1.15 AM will be short interruptions in the operation of NLB Proklik, Klikpro, NLB Teledom and SMS Notices. Our experts will be carried a regular maintenance of the NLB Channels systems.

Information to Depositors about the Deposit Guarantee System

Bank deposits are secured with the Deposit Guarantee System in accordance with the Deposit Guarantee Scheme Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 27/2016), unless the Depositor is not a person whose deposits are eligible to be guaranteed in accordance with the Deposit Guarantee Scheme Act. If a deposit is unavailable because the Bank is unable to meet its financial liabilities, the Depositor shall be reimbursed from the Deposit Guarantee System. The maximum amount guaranteed is EUR 100,000 per Bank’s Depositor, which means that in order to determine the guaranteed amount all of the Depositor’s deposits in the Bank shall be added up. In the event of Custody Account the eligible Depositor in this case is the beneficiary of funds, if the Bank has information about the beneficiary; if not, the deposit shall not be considered as guaranteed, unless contractually agreed otherwise. The repayment period if the Bank’s deposits are unavailable is seven working days.
